Recruitment Process FAQ

  • What's the process?

    Our process takes 3-4 weeks. If your application is selected, we'll invite you to complete a pre-screen form. Thereafter, you will interview via Zoom with the team. During this time, you will complete a project for us. If all goes well, you will receive an offer letter with your projected start date. If you are invited to a Zoom interview, but did not get selected, our team will provide feedback. 

  • What's the status of my application?

    When you submit your application, you'll receive a date that you'll hear back from us by. If you don't hear from us by that date, we have moved forward with candidates that closer aligned with the role. 

  • How should I prepare? How can I stand out? 

    Ensure you have good internet connection and a quiet space to chat. Be ready to be specific and provide examples. Ask questions about the role, company, and the team. Familiarize yourself with our values and social media community.
