Do you have payment plans?
You have two options:
Our payment plans allow you to split the cost of your one-time purchase into easy installments.
You can pay in monthly installments at checkout to spread the cost over time. You will not receive recurring charges as this is not a subscription plan.

Do you offer refunds?
All purchases are final. We want you to be happy with your resume and our process is very collaborative, with an open-door policy. We are flexible with working with you to ensure you are happy with the final product.
Do you have any job offer guarantees?
While we’ve seen previous clients get traction in as early as 14 days, many factors play into the success of your resume.
This includes your location, availability of openings, and the types of roles you want to attract to determine how long it will take to start seeing traction.
We recommend being aggressive with your career search by applying to 15-20 positions per week, prioritizing applying on direct company websites, and targeting jobs posted within the last 24-72 hours to optimize your results.

Yes, the federal government has recently changed their layouts to a 2 page max. We are happy to help you condense your resume down.
Can I cancel my payment plan?
Unlike a recurring subscription, our payment plans are designed to divide your total one-time cost into multiple installments for your convenience. Once we’ve gotten started on your resume, you won’t be able to cancel your payment plan.
What do I do if I'm a returning client?
Please select a resume package, and we'll update it accordingly to align with current job market standards.
Do you help international clients?
If you are looking for a US-formatted resume, we’re here to help! However, we currently do not create international resumes.
